A suite of 6 individual information security modules to be issued regularly, to provide staff with continuous awareness throughout the year. This suite of bite sized courses can be purchased as a bundle, or they complement and further enhance staff knowledge following our Cyber Security Staff Awareness Course or our GDPR Staff Awareness Course.
The “Pathway to Information Security” bundle consists of critical security messages to re-iterate potential security threats for staff as part of a continuous development and assessment programme.
Course Content
Phishing & Social Engineering – What phishing is, how it can threaten the security of your information and social engineering techniques to be aware of.
Passwords & Access Management – How to use your passwords securely, in order to protect your personal and business information accessed through your accounts and devices.
Mobile Device Security – Why mobile devices could pose a security risk, and how to protect your mobile devices properly.
Cyber Secure At Home – Why remote working could pose a security risk, and important considerations for protecting your home devices and network.
Data Breach – What constitutes a data breach, and how to protect the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information.
Ransomware & Malware – What Ransomware is, and steps you can take to ensure prevention or mitigation of the risk against these attacks.
Interactive modules and an assessment at the end are included. On successful completion a certificate is provided via pdf, which provides evidence of competence training. The course certificate expires 12 months from issue.
