Comprehensive workshop materials provided and may consider using your own organisations incident response plans and templates if required. This workshop requires a minimum of 5 attendees.

Workshop Content
The following components are covered throughout the day
- Breach Recognition – Understanding early indicators and triggers that signal a potential breach affecting confidentiality, integrity, or availability.
- Roles & Responsibilities – Defining clear Leadership, communication, and operational roles for effective coordination during a data breach incident.
- Response Stages – Navigating the critical phases of breach response, from initial detection and containment to eradication and recovery.
- Record Keeping – Best practices for meticulous documentation throughout the breach lifecycle, crucial for analysis and legal compliance.
- Legal & Regulatory Guidance – Key legal frameworks, reporting obligations and compliance requirements in the event of a data breach.
- Levels of Escalation – Establishing clear escalation paths and decision-making processes for managing breaches effectively at all organisational levels.
Comprehensive workshop material is provided. Exercises undertaken in the workshop to put operational context around responding to a data breach. On completion a certificate of attendance is provided.
